HRM Specialist, People Analytics

People Analytics team is responsible for the HR processes improvement and manages, supports employee’s full life cycle (i.e. hiring, transfers, terminations, etc.). With the launch of Workday, People Analytics is responsible for overall employee data management, data analysis, data driven process improvements and basic HR administrative role. As an HRM specialist, the person will support the team in those areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR Data update/approvals through Workday
  • Employee HR Policy Management
  • Support the People Analytics Team Lead of key and adhoc projects and ensure timely/effective management of any issues arising
  • Manage/Support HR program development/HR data analysis and act as a manager for small internal process improvement projects
  • Build HR Reports/Metrics and monitor the HR Metrics/dashboard, and identify areas of strong performance and areas for improvement
  • Support overall HR administration
  • New hire document verification and data validation
  • Inter-company transfers
  • Internal transfer processing
  • Time off approval
  • Leave of absence management
  • Employment verification
  • Business title changes
  • Employee file management
  • Dispatch worker management (recruiting, overtime management, time off/leave, terminations)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle/solve unstructured people related issues
  • Internal process improvement project management experience
  • Experience in dealing with massive HR Data
  • Demonstrate clear communication and accuracy in all work assigned
  • Detail-oriented and performance/results driven
  • Team Player with Customer-centric mentality
  • Bachelors degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Around 3-4 years of HR Consulting or HR Management Experience
  • MBA degree, majored in HR related subjects
  • Experiences from Technology or ecommerce business
