CS Intelligence team develops and operates the back-office system that agents at Coupang customer center use to search and to process customers info to provide counseling, automation systems taking care of customer experience after purchase. We collect customer experience data via multiple channels and build big data system and based on that, analyze various metrics for data-driven decision making and implement more accurate customer care automation system with that.
- Design customer center system architecture, implement, maintenance in a stable manner
- Develop web service system based on Java, Kotlin
- Design and implement work flow based on automated process
- Research new tech stacks to implement new business requirements and build a stable and scalable system.
- Handle dependencies on a variety of other domains and interface with those to provide integrated service
- Continuous improvement of code quality, reliability, availability and serviceability of system
- A Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, or similar with a strong background in technology
- Around 10+ years of relevant experience in Java, OOP
- Ability to develop robust and easy-to-maintain high quality codes
- Excellent understanding and abundant experience about system performance improvement
- Excellent understanding and abundant experience about web-based services
- Experience in designing and implementing massive traffic system architectures
- Experience in improving code quality
- Experience in developing e-commerce, portal, customer service systems
- Experience in developing and operating systems on a cloud service
- Experience in Agile development methodology such as Scrum
