We are looking for a highly driven Senior Account Manager to identify and develop new sales channels across the Asia-Pacific region. You will have extensive experience selling to retail and distributor organizations, and a track record of delivering rapid sales growth. This role presents an exciting opportunity to build a business from the ground up. To succeed in this role, you will be exceptionally motivated, persistent in overcoming unique obstacles, and an excellent salesperson.
- Identify B2B sales opportunities, and develop leads into established accounts
- Manage existing accounts, driving revenue and profitability
- Act as the primary contact person for B2B partners for any sales or operational queries
- Coordinate the end-to-end operations process and drive efficiency and scalability
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Global Supply Chain or related field
- 7+ years in sales/account management/global sourcing/product development or category management is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Self-motivated and results driven with high attention to detail.
- Sales and account management experience, ideally with retailers and/or distributors within Asia-Pacific region
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel
- Experience in negotiations, pricing, lean supply chain management, international logistics, product compliance, product development, branding, packaging, importing, category management are a plus.
- Master’s degree/Second degree in Business Administration or related field
