We are looking for a customer-obsessed, growth minded Senior Brand Manager to help source high-quality products and drive private label development. You will draw from your extensive sourcing expertise and drive private label development on some of the most exciting categories. This is a unique role which gives the placeholder full end-to-end management of their product category – from identification of factories, through to managing post-launch sales, profitability, and CX metrics. To succeed in this role, you must be a visionary leader, builder and operator.
Identifying high-quality factories worldwide, on-boarding them and launching new products that wow our customers.
Managing and growing existing factories' we have business with.
Simplifying and implementing processes to help scale the business.
Identifying new product development opportunities and be the first to market.
Coordinating product development across international and cross-functional teams.
Maximize financial metrics of launched private label products (GMV, GPPU, GM%).
Maximize customer experience related metrics of launched private label products.
Bachelor/Master/PhD in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Global Supply Chain or related field
10+ years in global sourcing/product management/ product development/factory management or project management is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated technical leadership.
Self-motivated and results driven with high attention to detail.
Negotiation experience, ideally with factories
Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel
Experience in negotiations, pricing, lean supply chain management, international logistics, product compliance, product development, branding, packaging, importing are a plus.
Master’s degree/Second degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience successfully defining and launching products
Understand manufacturing processes.
Skills of VBA, SQL are a plus.
