職缺:區域經理

酷澎希望招募的物流中心負責人,能對電子商務懷抱熱誠,願意投入從零開始創建事業。本職缺需要管理物流中心的營運,維持庫存,管理存貨,預估貨量,以及優化供應鏈,對台灣業務的成功及發展極為重要。

  

主要職責:

  • 管理五到六個門市/店鋪的日常營運流程
  • 主掌該區域內所有店鋪的供應鏈度量表
  • 生產力規劃(人力管理、包裝和材料管理)
  • 訂定工作方向,領導店鋪經理團隊
  • 辨識瓶頸,協助團隊因應處理,不手下留情
  • 針對顧客商品運送及顧客滿意度,設定高標準(讓顧客驚豔)
  • 管理KPI,以改善效率和成本
  • 在所有店鋪和運輸過程推動環境、健康、安全管理
  • 了解並推廣當地政府主管機關訂定的規範標準

 

基本條件;

  • 至少八年以上的營運/供應鏈管理/物流經驗
  • 曾在高成長環境下管理營運團隊
  • 曾直接管理經理級下屬,帶領過三十人以上團隊經驗
  • 能夠解決複雜的問題
  • 在高度創新的高速環境中,能達成有挑戰性的目標
  • 了解台灣電子商務市場
  • 可配合輪班制工作

Now for the first time in Taiwan, Coupang is hiring for our launch team.

Position : Area Manager (Fulfillment Center Manager)
Coupang is looking for a FC leader with a passion for ecommerce and building businesses from the ground up. This role will be a pivotal in the success and evolution of our business in Taiwan including managing operations in fulfillment centers, stock replenishment, inventory management, forecasting and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations process of 5~6 facilities/Stores
  • Own the supply chain metric of all stores in the Zone
  • Capacity planning (Workforce Management, Packaging & material management)
  • Set direction and lead team of the store manager
  • Identify bottlenecks and help the team to execute ruthlessly
  • Set very high standards of customer delivery & satisfaction (Wow the customer)
  • KPI management to improve efficiency and cost.
  • Drive EHS across all store and delivery operations
  • Understand and drive regulatory norms set by local government authorities

Basic qualifications:

  • Min. 8+ years of experience in operations/SCM/Logistics
  • Should have managed operations teams in high growth environments
  • Should have managed managers as a direct report and overall lead Organisation of 30+ people
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve stretched goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Taiwan e-commerce market
  • Willing to work in shift schedule
